If you like to sign in, we request you to print the application form. You can do this by downloading the form (only in Dutch), save it temporary on your computer, print it and fill it in by hand.
Last you need to send it back to the mentioned return address from Dog school Petra Driesen.
Applying by email is not possible because your signature is necessary. Forms which are modified with a computer are not valid. Your appliance will only be gueranteed if the application form and the payment of the course fee are received.
